Wonderful place for my pets

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with All Pets! During my pets illness, Dr. Pearl and his staff were so compassionate and friendly. They truely treated my pet as if she was a part of their family. I feel that they all went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable with all of the tests and treatments, and in making sure that my baby was being taken care of. She is doing wonderful now since treatment!!!! Dr. Pearl and his staff saved her life! I would recommend these wonderful people to everyone!!!

I've had a great experience with them so far. They have always been very friendly & kind to me, which other places in Spring Hill have not (::cough::Spring Hill Vet Clinic). For example, I was filling out paper work when I realized that my dog had chewed through her leash, but luckily, the nice lady in the front gave me one to keep. Although that's a minor thing, I found it to be extremely generous. I hope they continue the friendly attitude they've demonstrated to me & others so far. I will continue to go there & recommend friends to go there in the future for sure. I'm pretty picky with my vets, and I feel pretty darn comfortable saying that this is the best vet in Spring Hill by far.

I would recommend All Pets Health Center in a heartbeat! I have been going there for a while and when my older dog began to get sick the entire staff was so compassionate. The doctor there was very kind and explained everything to me, like why we had to do the tests that were recommended and what they tested for. He knew that I wanted the best care for my pet and that is exactly what he provided for him. They called after every visit to make sure that he was still doing ok and they all were so very nice everytime we came in for an office visit. They treated my pet like he was part of their family. When it came down to the finances, the Office Mgr was very nice to me and very compassionate. She did more than I could have asked for to help me financially take care of my pet. These guys are awesome!!

When our English Bulldog stopped eating, we took her to see Dr. Pearl. They couldn't figure out what was wrong with her, so they kept her overnight on an IV to try to diagnose her problem. After x-rays, they determined she had swallowed something that was lodged in her intestines. Throughout her surgery, the wonderful staff kept us informed. They told me what they found and kept it so I could see what my 4-legged baby had eaten. The entire staff was so compassionate, allowing me to spend some time with her after her surgery. They explained in detail everything they had found, everything they had done. They worked with me to set up a payment plan which made affording the procedure much more bearable. Their level of care is fantastic and their facility is clean and comfortable. Dr. Pearl and his staff are simply wonderful and I am so happy to have them in my neighborhood!

Had been going there since it opened, he was the worst Vet I have ever come across. My dog passed away due to mis-diagnosis, he kept wanting to do massive tests and we knew was the issue was. Felt I was a bank for the vet, not that I mind paying for petcare, but he insisted on doing unneccessary tests. During the time that we were bringing our dog back and forth to the vet, I was sitting in the waiting area and a older couple came in to pick up their dog from having dental surgery and their bill wasn't what they expected. They talked to the Office Manager and she acted very cold and uncaring towards them. The day before we took our dog to the vet for the last time, we called another vet and told him what was going on and he immediately knew the problem. Felt that All Pets didn't try hard enough, didn't consult with other Vets in the area. If you have to drive a few miles more to make sure that you get a better Vet.
